He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Richard Smith and Esther Mae Dinkelspiel Smith. He is survived by: his girlfriend Karen Nunn of Glasgow; his daughter Kimberly Rosini (Mark) of Stanley; his grandchildren, Jacob Rosini (Katelyn) and Jessica Rosini (Brok); his great grandchildren, Samuel and Silas; his brother Dick Smith (Monica) of Louisville, Kentucky.; and his friend Karen.
