She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Lewis and Virginia Lewis of Lexington, KY; her significant other Floyd Wood of Glasgow; her son-in-law Dean Rowe of Edmonton, KY; and her parents-in-law, Elwood and Edith Couch of Lexington.
She is survived by: her former husband James Couch; her children, Kellie Hopper (Bill) of Union Grove, NC, Scott Couch (Dana) of Hendersonville, TN, Gena Marie Rowe (Dean) of Edmonton, Chris Couch (La'Casta) of Glasgow and Andy Couch (Amy) of Madisonville, KY; her grandchildren, Josh, Ashley Hopper, Caitlin, Carter Couch, Chase Garmon, Terri Davis (Jarod Fitts), Tabitha Couch, C. J. Couch (Amy), Jon, Jaxon, Jeremiah, Hannah Couch, Sam, Ben, Luke and John Robert Couch; and her great grandchildren, Avery Davis, Elizabeth Fitts, Waylon Meredith and Grayson Couch. She is also survived by two sisters-in-law, a brother-in-law, several nieces and nephews and several close friends.
In lieu of flowers the family request that a memorial contribution be made to the St. Helen's Catholic Church Food Closet.
