He was predeceased by: his daughter Sheryl Denise Emberton of Glasgow; his parents, Earnest Emberton and Enna Emberton; his grandparents, Brack, Emmie Emberton, John and Dora Birdwell; and his nephew Joel Patterson.
He is survived by: his wife Glenda Thomas Emberton of Glasgow; his daughter Kimberly Dawn Emberton of Jefferson City, Tennessee; his granddaughter Alayna Wardroup of Heiskell, Tennessee; and his siblings, J. B. Emberton of Glasgow, Delma Bledsoe of Tompkinsville and Maureen Patterson of Tompkinsville.
