He is survived by: his daughter Tori Thompson (Trevor) of Owensboro; his close friend Peg; his siblings, Steve Pullen (Deborah) of Louisville, Carol Poynter (Carlos) and Lisa Gail Gentry; and his brother-in-law Stanley Cox of Louisville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
