She was predeceased by : her father William Horace Thomas; her former life partner William R. Adwell; her husband Carl Asbury; her daughter Jackie Clark; her siblings, James Thomas and Barbara Anson; her niece Benita Thomas; and her brother-in-law Gary Bennett.
She is survived by : her grandsons, Damien Clark of Glasgow and Will Clark of Ashland; her siblings, Richard Thomas (Ilene) of Louisville, Amelia Newland (Jim) of Louisville, Margaret Bennett of Louisville, Glenda Kruer of Louisville, Tony Thomas of Cave City and Carolyn Thomas of Cave City; her nephews, Richard Wayne Thomas, Paul Newland, Patrick Newland (Sondra), Jason Anson and Larry Kruer (Miseline); her niece Tiffany Fehribach (Charles); and her caregivers, Hettie Sanders and Martha Hammer.
