With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jacqueline F. Womack of Glasgow, Kentucky, who passed away on November 5, 2022 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Floyd Wells and Verlean Caroline Glass; and her sister Barbara Wells. She is survived by: her children, Tommy Greer (Terahyn) of Upton and Tracy Wyatt (Robbie) of Austin; her siblings, Dalton Wells and Patricia Vance; her grandchildren, Megan Bellamy, Mollie Forbis, Misty Whittle, Christopher Forbis and Brylee Wyatt; and her great grandchildren, Mark Abel Bellamy and Timothy Alijah Bellamy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
