He was predeceased by: his parents, Carroll Redford Ballard and Hettie Christine Dodson Ballard. He is survived by: his wife Esther B. Ballard; his children, Greg (Crystal), Felice (Jason) and Christy; his grandchildren, Gabriel, Joseph, Esther, Cadence, Gregory, Brody, Seth, Kevin, Emilio and Kendra; and his siblings, Thomas, Mark, Mary Boston, Doris Clapp and Sandra Jessie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the First Church of the Nazarene (600 E Main St, Glasgow, KY 42141). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location.
