He is survived by: his parents, James Murison Garrett and Carrie Helen Lester of Beaumont; his wife Freida Garrett; his children, Reece Alan Garrett (Shana) of Pawcatuck, CT, Devin DeLane Garrett of Provo, UT, Aaron Bryce Garrett (Pauline) of San Jose, CA, Megan Garrett Anderton (Matt) of Highlands Ranch, CO and Kiersten Anne Garrett Militoni (Siosiua) of Lehi, UT; his grandchildren, Nathan, Rebecca, Danielle, Olivia, Emmalee, Siosiua, Siosifa, Semisi, Cecily, Elijah, Oliver, Charlotte and Violet; his sister Patricia Diane Neal of Provo, UT; his niece Tracy Lynn Larsen (Scott) of Blanding, UT; and his aunts, Juanita Tooley and Hazel McFarland of Glasgow, KY.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home (801 N Race St, Glasgow, KY 42141). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, we would welcome a donation to the Hope Lodge of Nashville run by the American Cancer Society.
