With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerry Levi (Glasgow, Kentucky), who passed away on May 20, 2018 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parent William Owens Levi. He is survived by: his parent Adine Dillard Levi; his children, Kerry Levi of Glasgow, James Manley of Glasgow and Jessie Levi of Glasgow; his grandchildren, Jenica, Skyler, James Michael, Cole, Damion and Nevaehly; his great grandchild Brantley; and his siblings, Roger Levi (Bonnie), Chuck Levi (Mariah) and Cindy Stroup (Phil). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
