With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jerry Kaye Taylor of Glasgow, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 4, 2025 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hervy Scott and Magdalene Guinn Scott; and her husband Howard Dickson Taylor. She is survived by: her stepchildren, Brian Taylor (Jan) of Ormond Beach, Emily Ogles (Lance) of Glasgow and Micah Taylor of Murfreesboro; her grandchildren, Taylor Ogles and John Perry Ogles; her great grandchildren, John Thomas Ogles, Aubrey Ogles, Adleigh Cook and Andy Cook; her pet Dolly; her cousin Carmen Martin; and her close friends, Jeanette Vaughn, Kenny Carey, Abbie Jennings, Brenda Franklin, Teresa Bennett and Martha Crow Dickinson.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Neal's Chapel Cemetery (832 Lecta-Kino Rd, Glasgow, KY 42141).
Alternate expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to Park Church.
