We are sad to announce that on October 14, 2022, at the age of 71, Joe Michael Stephens of Glasgow, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Marchel Stephens; his brothers, Kenneth and Roger Stephens; and his nephew Ronnie Stephens. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Stephens (Bobbie); his children, Scott Stephens (Amy) and Shea Stephens; his grandchildren, Jaeden, Cole Stephens and Scout Stephens Tarquinio; his brother Jimmy Stephens (Ann); his siblings-in-law, Barbara, Donna Stephens and Kenny Choate (Martha); and his sibling's children, Lisa Stephens Shirley (Roger), Baptista Fraze (Justin), Danny Stephens (Tammy), Dennis Stephens (Sherry), Tony Stephens (Connie), Brett Stephens (Whitleigh) and Adam Stephens. He is also survived by many great nieces, nephews, cousins.
