He is survived by: his wife Amye Toms Kinslow; his daughters, Shelley Chandler (David) and Cindy Coats (Alex); his stepchildren, Amber Judd (Korey), Jonathon Toms (Vanessa) and William Toms (Meredith); his grandchildren, John David Chandler, Rileigh Coats and Ryder Coats; his sisters, Linda Wray (Dwayne) and Rita Holman (Neal); his stepfather Joe Taylor; and his sister-in-law June Meador. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
