He was predeceased by: his father Steven Mark Bailey, Sr.; his grandparents, Thomas Bailey, Linda Ann Philpot, Preston Junior Garmon and Elsie Garmon; and his stepfather Timothy Neal Kirby.
He is survived by: his mother Sandi Kay Garmon Kirby; and his siblings, Steven Mark Bailey, Jr., Brandon Willie Ray Bailey, Emilly Bailey and Daniel Bilbrey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.
