She is survived by: her husband Eddie Whitlow; her granddaughter Taryn Dean Riddle; her great grandchild Zoe Kate Staples; her son-in-law James Vance; her sister-in-law Bonnie Whitlow Proffitt; and her close friends, Marilyn Barrick Jones and Charlotte Ferrell.
