He is survived by: his wife Shannon; his son Samuel Matthews; his sisters, Belinda England (Bobby) of Glasgow and Kristle Burton (Mark) of Summer Shade; his siblings' children, Bradley England of Lexington, Ashley Holder (Chris) of Florida, Evan Payne (Amy) of Glasgow and Austin Payne of Summer Shade; and his great-niece Kaylee Holder of Glasgow.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home (801 N Race St, Glasgow, KY 42141). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Alternate expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations toward funeral expense and can be made at the funeral home.
