She was predeceased by: her parents, John Gordon Phelps and Ruth Hooper Phelps; and her brother Shawn Phelps. She is survived by: her son Luke Pedigo; and her siblings, Kenneth Phelps and Belinda Beard.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the A. F Crow & Son Funeral Home (201 E Washington St, Glasgow, KY 42141). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
