He is survived by: his children, Scott Geary and April Sacrey; his siblings, Numa Hill Smith, Tommy Smith (Jane), Terry Smith (Melissa), Elizabeth Johnson (Cloyd), Violet Davis (Roy), Carolyn Harper, Sarah Shaw, Janie Shaw, Judy Young (Charlie) and Polly Spillman (Richard); his grandchildren, Holley Jones, Lily Geary, Celena Gentry, Sabrina Newton and Kristin Day; and his pets, Elk and Smokie. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren, a host of nieces and nephews.
