He is survived by: his children, Jasmime Riggs and Laymon Riggs III; his significant other Deborah Ward; his stepson Shannon Ward; and his siblings, Brian Riggs, Carrie Riggs and Dawn Lowe (Scottie). He is also survived by four grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
