She is survived by: her sons, Jimmy Philip Shaw (Sherry) of Glasgow, KY and Jerry Lee Shaw (Tammy) of Glasgow, KY; her granddaughters, Sarah Poland (Deric), Leah Moore (Andy), Susan Vanover (Corey) and Lillie Shaw; her great grandchildren, Emma Kate Moore, Joe Thomas Moore and Will Sutton Moore; and her sisters, Vonda Oliver and Glenda Gassaway.
