He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Hibbett Deckard; his children, Roy Deckard (Shirley), Sandy Kise (Tom) and Jonathan Deckard (Jodi); his grandchildren, Adam Lester (Scarlett), Derek White (Colleen), Hillary Sexton (Nick), Amanda Hurt (Josh), Krista Gray (Jeremy) and Daniel Strombeck; and his sister Jean Knowlden. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 8:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home (201 E Washington St, Glasgow, KY 42141).
