It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lewis Stockton (Glasgow, Kentucky), born in Cumberland, Kentucky, who passed away on February 28, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hural Stockton and Mary Stockton. He is survived by: his wife Louise Wade Stockton of Glasgow, KY; his children, Cornell Stockton of Columbus, OH, Norman Martin (Diann) of Glasgow, KY, Nelson Martin (Lupita) of Round Rock, TX and Marie Forte of Warren County, KY; and his siblings, Leonard V. Stockton of Glasgow, KY, Lou Frances Tyman (William) of Glasgow, KY and Charity Gonzalez of Louisville, KY. He is also survived by five grandchildren.

“I started at Walbert Trucking at 18yr old (2005). My first job as a diesel mechanic. I was so nervous an excited. None of the drivers knew me as I didn't know them. But I had a job to do. I started working night shift 5pm-2am. By the time 1am came along I was beat down tired. But every Friday night when Lewis came in with his truck. He always told me what he wanted done. An I was sure to do it. He always had a smile on an laugh all his on. That just made you feel so good. He will be missed”
