She is survived by: her husband Gary Witcher; her children, Jim Deel of Delaware, Greg Deel of Louisiana, Wes Witcher of Los Angeles, California and Lesley Witcher of Virginia; her grandson Tyler Witcher of California; her siblings, Malcolm Capps of Indianapolis, Indiana and Francis Key of Glasgow; and her siblings-in-law, Marvin (Janet), Marlin (Joyce), Barry Witcher (Hazel) and Phyllis Ross.
