She is survived by: her children, Debbie Walbert (David) of Glasgow, KY and David Payne (Tammy) of Campbellsville, KY; her grandchildren, Todd Walbert (Stephanie) of Lexington, KY, Courtney Payne of Cave City, KY, Heather Bauer (Joey) of Louisville, KY and Kendra Benningfield of Dallas, TX; her great grandchildren, Jake, Cooper Bauer of Louisville and Kate Shapiro of Lexington; her sister Sandra Starnes of Hendersonville, NC; her niece Lisa Astin (Wade) of Horseshoe, NC; her great-niece Hannah Astin; and her great-nephew Walker Astin of Asheville, NC..
