She is survived by: her children, Chad Creech (Belinda) of Campbellsville and Carrie Gaddis (Mitch) of Glasgow; her grandchildren, Kai and CeeCee Creech; her sisters, Teresa Osborne-Sehee of Dayton, Ohio and Michele Marratta of Dayton, Ohio; her aunt Donna Sumner (Donald) of Florida; and her cousins, Kathy Hall of Cincinnati and Kim Bucklin of Florida.
