He is survived by : his wife Violet Lemons of Glasgow; his children, Anna Lemons of Cave City, Debbie Evans (Phil Abel) of Jeffersonville, IN, Nancy Lemons of Glasgow and Melvin C. Lemons Jr. of Henryville, IN; and his grandchildren, ShyAnne Irwin, Misty Thomas, Ricky Lee Evans and Christina Runyon. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
