He is survived by: his wife Sherry Jo Howard McMillian; his children, Michael Frazier McMillian (Toni), Amber Mitchell McMillian Hodges (Chuck), Alastral Guardian, Amy Jo Wininger (Evan) and Crystal Codner (Verdine); his grandchildren, Patricia Paige Turner (Hunter), Robert Nathaniel Simpson (Ashleigh), Harley Gabriel Hodges and Oliver Depetro; and his siblings, Delmus McMillian (Connie), Nancy Tudor (Tony) and Terry McMillian (Theresa). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home (201 E Washington St, Glasgow, KY 42141). A funeral service was held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 at 3:00 PM. A burial was held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
