He was predeceased by: his parents, John Simpson Knight and Essie Pearl McCarter; and his wife Jacquelyn Lee Duwelius Knight. He is survived by: his close friends, Carolyn Christensen of Glasgow, KY, Harvey and Jenny Simmons of Glasgow, KY.
