She was predeceased by : her parents, Melvin Lemons and Violet Nichols Lemons. She is survived by : her siblings, Anna Lemons of Cave City, Debbie Evans of Indiana and Melvin C. Lemons of Indiana. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

The family has requested that no flowers be brought as several are allergic.
