It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Pamela Flatt of Glasgow, Kentucky, born in McKenzie, Tennessee, who passed away on April 20, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter E. Trevathan and Barbara Louise Trevathan (Gallimore); her husband Terry Randolph Flatt; and her brother Butch Trevathan. She is survived by: her children, Sonny Flatt (Christy) and Cissy Shoffner; her grandchildren, Payne Flatt, Graycen Flatt, Ellyson Rose Shoffner and Beau Shoffner; her sister Diane Trevathan; her sisters-in-law, Joyce Trevathan and Lou Smith (Kerry); and her brother Skip Trevathan (Peggy). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
