He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Henry Dugger and Kathryn Benedict Dugger; and his siblings, Donnie Dugger, Billy Dugger and Linda Pedigo.

He is survived by : his sons, Jonathan Dugger and Perry Dugger; his grandchildren, Natalie Hubbard (Bo), Andrea Dugger (Dalton), Ryan Dugger, Brittany Poynter (John) and Haley Dugger; his great grandchildren, Remi Hubbard and Walker Gravens; and his siblings, Bob Dugger (Ruth), Theresa Beaty (Bill) and Donita Blackburn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
