It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillip Zamtuk of Glasgow, Kentucky, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on September 22, 2022, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Zamtuk and Betty Zamtuk (Mentz). He is survived by: his daughter Carnesa L Matthews; his grandchildren, Nevaeh Matthews and Kalani Grider; his great grandchild Amilea Merritt of Glasgow; and his siblings, Tom Zamtuk of Glasgow and Jenny Ward of Idaho. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
