She was predeceased by: her parents, Haskel Houchens and Wanda Read Glass; her brother Haskel Houchens Jr.; and her son-in-law John Childres. She is survived by: her husband Mike Underwood; her daughters, Jennifer Shoffner (Jonathan) of Lebanon and Katherine Childres-Romines (David) of Glasgow, Kentucky.; her grandchildren, Ryan Norvil, Harley Childres, Tyler Norvil, JoLynn Childres, Tristian Childres and Cayce Romines; her sister-in-law Joan Underwood of Gallatin, Tennessee.; and her siblings, Sandy Glass (Tommy) of Glasgow, Ricky Glass (Dawn) of Laurens, Donald Glass (Melissa) of Laurens, Wayne Houchens (Tracy) of Cincinnati and Jackie Green (Jeff) of Bowling Green.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home (201 E Washington St, Glasgow, KY 42141).
