He was predeceased by: his mother Beulah Mae Murray; and his brothers, Edwin "Eddie" Murray and Robert "Bobby" Murray. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Pamela Geralds, Carla Jackson, Brenda Geralds, Amber Kent (Travis), Tony Tinsley and Larry Tinsley. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
