He is survived by: his wife Linda Shelton Harlow; his children, Jimmy Harlow (Lynn) and Racquel Moore (John); his grandchildren, Regan Rosado, Hunter Harlow, Railey Rosado, Jackson Harlow, Natalie Moore and Ella Moore; and his sister Joyce Jones (Doug). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
