He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Maners and Ruth Greenlee Maners; and his brother-in-law Mark Filicsky. He is survived by: his wife Vickie Clark Maners; his children, Chris Maners (Toni Rae), Nick Maners, Charity Riddle Hamm and Corey Clark (Dea); his grandchildren, Caden Maners, Griffen Maners, Greenlee Maners, Kayelee Maners, Dillon Maners, Macie Maners, Jordan Simmons, Raegan Hamm, Taylor Clark and Devlin Clark; his siblings, Tony Maners (Patty), Marvin Maners (Kim) and Barbara Filicsky; and his pets, Cleo Hamm and Max Burris. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contribution can be made toward a memorial foundation that will honor Ronny's memory by supporting student activities at Red Cross Elementary.
