She is survived by: her children, Jeff Simmons (Debi Ann), Randy Simmons (Susan) of Glasgow, KY, Tommy Simmons (Tara) of Milton, TN and Debbie Reed (Clint) of Lexington, KY; her grandchildren, Jenny Pickerel (Brian) of Glasgow, KY, Chad Simmons of Glasgow, KY, Jordan Gatewood of Lexington, KY, Alyssa Kossick (Ian) of Lexington, KY, Brooke Smith (Garrett) of Glasgow, KY, Brie Simmons of Glasgow, KY, Spencer Simmons of Milton, TN and Morgan Simmons of Milton, TN; her great grandchildren, Olivia Grace of Glasgow, KY., Grayson of Glasgow, KY., Lorabeth of Glasgow, KY. and Paisley Jane Pickerel of Glasgow, KY.; her sister Wilma Carol Billingsley (Walter); her uncle Turner Bartley; her nieces, Beth Ann Groce and Amy Geary; and her caregivers, Christie, Michelle, Donna and Pam.
