It is with sadness that the passing of Ruth Ann Spann (Glasgow, Kentucky) is shared. Ruth Ann, born on April 9, 1941, passed away on August 6, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren W. Davis and Phoebe Coleman Davis; her husband Robert Howard Spann Jr. (Bobby); and her siblings, Bessie Chapman, Eva Scott, Jean Frazier Mildred Jones, Marien Goode, Dorothy Houchens, Shirley May Davis, Rascoe Davis, Warren Davis and Joe Davis.
She is survived by: her sons, Ricky Spann (Melissa) and Terry Spann (Shiena); her grandchildren, Alissa Byrd (Darien), Robert Spann (Julie), Cody Spann, Dakota Spann (Kayla), Trenton Spann, Russell Bush (Jessica) and Dalton Bush; and her sister Barbara Sue Simmons. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.
