He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Bull and Irene Bull (Anderson); his wife Phyllis Bulle (Pardue); and his siblings, John Bull and Gelee Kingrey.

He is survived by: his children, Freddie Bulle (Pam) of Glasgow and Francine McCracken (David) of Glasgow; his grandchildren, Kent Bulle (Lauren) of Bowling Green, Josh McCracken (Stephanie) of New York and Mandy Williams (Nathaniel) of Scottsville; his great grandchildren, Emma Jane Bulle, Logan Williams and Audrey Williams; and his brother Howard Bulle. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

All those who wish to honor and remember Mr. Bulle in person at the service must wear a mask or other appropriate facial covering and practice physical distancing for the safety of those in attendance.
