He is survived by: his parent Delmar Leo Jessie; his sister Marie Freeman; his half-sister Donita Foley; his stepsisters, Carrol Stephens (Jeff), Mary Ballard, Jenny Ballard and Brenda Ballard; his stepfather Junior Ballard; and his stepbrothers, David Ballard, Daniel Ballard and Harold Ballard Jr.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
