He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Dorothy Robertson, Nina and Roy Price; his aunt Diane Love; and his cousin Josh Wilson.
He is survived by: his wife Erin; his sons, Matthew Creed Price and Silas Alan Price; his parents, Danny Price and Kim Price; his sister Autumn Forman (Seth); his nephews, Bryalon Forman and Jaxon Forman; his grandfather Tim Robertson (Teresa); his uncles, Don Price (Faye), Clay Robertson (Mareshah) and Bryan Robertson; his aunt Lisa Wilson (Jim); his parents-in-law, Jo Huff (Roger) and Tim Forbis; and his sisters-in-law, Kaitlynn Stallard (Chris Cline) and Madison Taylor. He is also survived by several other cousins and family.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made toward funeral expenses and may be made at the funeral home.
