We are sad to announce that, on December 21, 2025, at the age of 46, Stevie Joe Collins Jr. of Glasgow, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Kenneth, Mary Blakely, Steven "Bucky" Collins and Patsy Ethridge; and his brother-in-law Michael Frost.
He is survived by: his parents, Stevie Joe Collins, Sr. and Genetta Sue Blakely Collins (Blakely); his sister Beth Collins; his niece Lily Mae Collins Frost (Spencer Owsley) of Glasgow; his close friends, Tara Furlough, Josh Mayhew, Lucy Mayhew, Adam Crabtree and Deborah Lambert; and his pet Charlie.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Lily Collins Frost or Lucy Mayhew Education Funds.
