He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Barton Norris Milby (Terrell) of Glasgow, KY; his grandchildren, Seth Milby, Codie Ogle, Savannah Milby Piper (Adam), Ian Milby, Isaac Milby and Herson Boch; his great grandchild Rayne Lynn Ogle; his siblings-in-law, Douglas Butler of Waterview, KY and Margaret Radford Norris of Lexington, KY; his nephew Bill Butler of Radcliff, KY; and his cousin Judy Norris Fredrick of Burkesvlle, KY..
