She is survived by: her husband Steve Edward Owens; her nieces, Judy Blair McCubbin Sherer, DeAnnie Salmon James and Jenna Salmon Piotrowski; her nephew Justin Spann; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Chloe, Conner Brown and Claire Brown Vance; her siblings, Edith Blair Poynter, Margaret Blair Huff, Brenda Blair Crain, Joyce Blair McCubbin, Peggy Blair Spann, Jessie Marshall Blair, Taylor Vernon Blair and Bobby Wayne Blair; her half-brother Donald Ray Blair; her nephew Larry Wayne Poynter; and her sister Betsy Blair Waddell. She is also survived by many brothers and sisters-in-law, cousins, nieces, nephews and innumerable friends.
