She is survived by: her caregivers, Leonard and Brandy Ballard; her sibling's children, Ashley Bowles (Matt), Amber Chapman (Kelsie), Megan Chapman (Shane), Jennie Smith (Josh), Tracy Smith (Mandi), Brandi Manning, Bubba Ballard (Tabby) and Lacie Spillman (Greg); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Brayden Emmitt, Paxton Emmitt, Larkin, Keldon, Brantley, Brenlyn, Alexis Cannon, Ziva Cannon, Bailey Smith, Chase Smith, Cole Smith and Jhett Smith.
