He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Leroy Shelly and Shirley Maxine Logsdon Shelly. He is survived by: his significant other Jackie Evans; and his children, Maria Dean, Jason Shelly, Sarah Bogus, Timmy Shelly and Tabby Shelly.
