She is survived by: her father Douglas Costello (Doris); her husband Danny Duke; her sons, Matthew Duke, Damian Duke (Shelby), Dustin Duke and Josh Duke; her grandchildren, Justin Duke and Taylor Duke; and her siblings, George Michael Costello (Paula Jordan), Vanessa Meredith and Tracy True. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and cousins.
