He is survived by: his mother Tammy Jo Steenbergen (William) of Tompkinsville; his wife Anna; his children, Rebecca, Memphis, Noah and Charlotte; his grandmother Mary "Nana" Pike of Glasgow; his sister Heather Thomason of Tompkinsville; his parents-in-law, Loretta and Clifton Tarry of Glasgow; and his aunts and uncles, Peter Pike of Glasgow, Phillip Pike of Glasgow, Mary Rose Pike of Glasgow and Ruth Pike (Philly) of Glasgow.
