With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wiley Pulliam Oliver of Glasgow, Kentucky, born in Cumberland, Kentucky, who passed away on August 15, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Homer Pulliam and Etta Walker Pulliam; her husband Major Rondel R. "Soup" Oliver; her son Rondel David Oliver; and her son-in-law William Depp.

She is survived by : her children, C. Robert Oliver (Kelly) of Glasgow and Pamela Jo Depp of Mt. Juliet, TN; her grandchildren, Jonathan Depp (Amanda), Owen Taylor Griffith, Lauren Scout Oliver and Robert Todd Oliver; and her siblings-in-law, Sue Travis and Dr. William J. Oliver (Jeannie). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
