He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Sherman Riddle and Emmeline Jane Wells Riddle; and his brothers, Ronnie, Sherman, Bobby, Delton, Doc and Cleatus.

He is survived by: his wife Geneva Maxine Chapman Riddle; his children, Carolyn Sue Riddle Harper (Roger), Jeffrey Dean Riddle (Margaret), Stevie Douglas Riddle (Angie) and Tony Riddle; his grandchildren, Derek Sherfey (Hope), Brandon Riddle (Brandi), Kailia Riddle, Quentin Riddle (Taylor), Michael Simpson, Trisha Franks, Nicole Scott, Evan Riddle, Jasper Mundy, Owen Riddle, Coleman Deckard and Noah Morgan; his great grandchildren, Addy Sherfey, Zoey Sherfey, Tayden Hurt, Haisley Hodges, Jacelynn Hodges, Allen Gorhan, Caid Barton, Kennedi Mulberry, Bentley Riddle, Rylin Riddle, Peyton Davis, Kason Riddle, Sutton Riddle and Hadley Franks; and his sisters, Sue Dubree, Barbara Hurst, Edith Patterson and Betty Lollar. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
