He is survived by: his wife Betty Kinslow Staples; his daughters, Kim Forbis (Tommy) and Lee Ann Tarry (Roscoe); his granddaughters, Taylor Copas (Jacob) and Lindsey Beck (Sam); his great grandchildren, Cecilee Copas, Jax Copas, Cash Copas, Waylon Haynes and Ryver Beck; and his brother Tommy Staples Sr.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
